Design
Often included in Design Services is an existing conditions site measure. From this I can quickly draw you Existing Plans and Elevations of which we can start your renovation or extension design from.
360 Plans designs for you, doing our best to design to your style and needs. I often suggest upgrades to designs based on passive solar design principles. This is to help achieve more natural lighting and heating where possible for a high comfort and reduced running costs. I have a deep understanding of the German and now international standard of Passive House and can thoroughly help you if that is your path. 360 Plans has achieved a high standard in Energy Rating Stars for new homes and extensions due to good design and material choice, although I understand design and energy ratings are not for everyone. No matter how early or late in the design process you are, 360 Plans is more than happy to help you.

Consultation
I have often approached and had meetings with the Council Planning and Building Departments on behalf of my clients, resolving many issue before they become costly. I’m frequently in communications with Structural Engineers, Surveyors, Private Building Surveyors, Energy Raters, Building Inspectors and many local Builders. I’m more than happy to talk you through using other consultants or which other consultants maybe required for your project, and of course to help you through the council authority permit process.
